Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Pune. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving successful implementation and integration of Everstream's solutions. This involves regular communication with clients,



providing support and training, addressing any issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer relationship management and support
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and address customer issues proactively
- Understanding of supply chain management and logistics
- Familiarity with AI and predictive analytics applications
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
