Founding Customer Success & Implementation Associate — Seeidle

About the role

Seeidle helps enterprises see what's sitting idle across their sites — before it becomes a liquidation risk or an audit gap. We're opening pilots this quarter with facilities and ops teams at large, multi-site enterprises.

We're hiring our first Customer Success & Implementation Associate to make those pilots work. You'll be the person on the ground (and on the phone) helping facilities teams actually adopt the platform — not just watching a dashboard, but making sure real assets get captured, real workflows get followed, and real value gets proven.

What you'll do

- Onboard pilot accounts: train facility/ops teams on asset capture, approvals, and the Idle Board workflow
- Be the first point of contact for pilot users — answer questions, unblock adoption, chase down friction points before they become churn
- Turn what you see on the ground into structured feedback for product — you'll directly shape what gets built next
- Track pilot health: usage, adoption blockers,



and whether the platform is actually saving time and reducing risk
- Occasionally travel to client sites for onboarding or training sessions

What we're looking for

- 1-3 years in customer success, implementation, operations, or a client-facing role — ideally with enterprise or B2B clients
- Comfortable talking to facilities managers, ops heads, and admin teams — people who aren't naturally "tech-first"
- Detail-oriented and process-minded; you notice when a workflow isn't being followed and know how to fix it
- Startup mindset — this is a founding role, things will be undefined, and you'll help define them
- Bonus: any exposure to facilities management, asset management, warehousing, or enterprise operations
