Customer Service Associate – International Voice Process

Work Location: Malad, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Type: Full time | 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off | Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for an international banking process.
- Assist customers with account, card, transaction, and service-related queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Follow banking processes, compliance guidelines, and data-security procedures.
- Maintain excellent communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Strictly for Freshers who graduated in 2025 or 2026.
- Only for candidate who are in mumbai(no relcoation)
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers over voice.
- Comfortable working rotational and night shifts.
- Good customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving skills.
