About The Role

We are seeking motivated and confident Cold Calling Agents to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will primarily engage in outbound cold calling to prospective clients, aiming to pre-qualify leads for life insurance and final expense quotes. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in verbal communication, enjoy engaging with new people daily, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for building rapport with potential customers, handling objections professionally, gathering accurate customer information, and transferring qualified prospects to licensed sales advisors. Please note that this role does not involve selling insurance directly; licensed professionals handle all consultations and sales. This is a performance-driven opportunity offering competitive compensation, including base pay and performance bonuses, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.

Qualifications





Successful candidates will possess excellent English communication skills, with a clear and professional accent. Prior experience in call centers, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Key qualifications include strong active listening skills, confidence in handling objections, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential attributes. Candidates should be adaptable to different campaigns and projects, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. Technical proficiency with Windows or macOS systems and reliable high-speed internet are required to perform effectively in this remote role.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, with occasional inbound calls as needed.
- Engage potential customers professionally to build rapport and trust.
- Pre-qualify prospects for life insurance and final expense quotes.
- Handle objections confidently, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Gather and verify accurate customer information during calls.
- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Sales Advisors for further consultation and sales.




- Maintain high standards of professionalism while meeting quality and performance expectations.
- Document call details accurately in the CRM system for reporting and follow-up.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines during interactions.

Benefits Our remote agents enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes a fixed monthly base pay of $500 USD, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $500 USD in performance bonuses each month. Paid overtime is provided for approved hours worked beyond the standard schedule. We offer comprehensive virtual training lasting one week, which is compensated after successful onboarding and completion of the first month. Flexible scheduling allows you to work 8 or 9 hours within the window of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EDT, with five working days per week. This role provides the convenience of working from home, eliminating commute times, and offering a balanced work-life environment.

Additionally, you will gain valuable experience in outbound calling, customer engagement, and lead qualification, enhancing your qualified skill set.
