nnAbout the Role:

nnCHKOKKO is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative / Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Downtown Market, Ludhiana.

nnThe ideal candidate should have prior experience with an apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brand and a robust passion for customer service and retail sales.

nnKey Responsibilities:

nnAssist customers in selecting the right sportswear/apparel based on their needs and preferences.

nDeliver an excellent in-store customer experience.

nDrive sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

nExplain product features, fits, sizes, fabrics, and benefits to customers.

nMaintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.

nAssist with stock management, inventory checks,



and product replenishment.

nHandle billing and other basic store operations when required.

nBuild strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

nCoordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily store operations.

nnWhat We’re Looking For:

nnMinimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.

nExperience with apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

nStrong communication and customer-handling skills.

nGood understanding of apparel/sportswear products, sizing, and customer preferences.

nSales-oriented, energetic, well-presented, and confident personality.

nAbility to work in a team and achieve sales targets.

nnCompensation

nnUp to ₹18,000 per month, based on skills & experience
