Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at Bria Jewels is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the representative responds to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing accurate information about products, orders, and policies.

Responsibilities include resolving issues related to orders and deliveries, managing returns and exchanges, and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The representative will maintain customer records, track interactions,



and follow up to ensure satisfaction and a positive brand experience. This role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to relay customer feedback and support smooth store and online operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction levels.
- Experience in Customer Support and managing Customer Experience across multiple communication channels.
- Prior work as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfort with basic computer systems, order management tools, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in retail, jewelry, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
