International Customer Service Executive – Voice Process

Job Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

CTC Offered: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance / Cab Facility

Shift: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts

Working Pattern: 5.5 Days per Week

Job Overview An excellent prospect for candidates looking to build their career in international customer service. You will be responsible for handling voice-based interactions with customers from the US, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.

Key Duties

- Respond to and manage incoming customer calls.
- Support customers with queries involving orders, payments, billing, returns, accounts, and products.
- Understand the nature of customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Enter and maintain customer interaction details in the company’s system.
- Work according to defined quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach during customer interactions.

Candidate Profile




- Open to both graduates and undergraduates from any stream.
- 6 months or more of International Voice Process experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong English-speaking abilities can also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs is required.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
