Position: CRM Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary Range: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Location: 83, DSIDC COMPLEX, Okhla I Rd, Pocket C, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, Current Delhi, Delhi 110020

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Contact new leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and customer status.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for timely customer support.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, pending requirements, and sales opportunities.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule and ensure no important lead is missed.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending cases.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.




- Achieve assigned monthly CRM and customer engagement targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
