Role Description: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator will manage and optimize CRM systems to support advisory and consultancy operations. This full-time, in office role is based in Delhi, India, and involves maintaining CRM data integrity, configuring and updating system settings, and ensuring smooth user access and performance. The role includes monitoring customer interactions, generating reports and dashboards, and providing insights to support client engagement strategies.

The CRM Administrator will collaborate with advisory teams to understand requirements, implement workflows, and resolve system issues.



Additional responsibilities include training users on CRM best practices, coordinating with technical support when needed, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills for configuring, customizing, and maintaining CRM environments.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, document processes, and support user training.
- Candidates should possess System Administration and Troubleshooting skills to manage user accounts, ensure data integrity, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), data reporting tools, and a basic understanding of advisory or financial services is an advantage.
