Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for third-party manufacturing clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth. Provide customers with timely updates on their orders, dispatch schedules, and production timelines.

Order

Processing &

- Coordination Process customer orders, verify documentation, and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements for pharma contract manufacturing. Track and follow up on production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

Query

Resolution &

- Complaint Handling Address customer complaints regarding product quality, delays, or documentation issues. Coordinate internally with QA/QC, production, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns. Maintain a record of complaints and resolutions for future reference and improvement. Documentation &
- Compliance Support Assist customers with contract manufacturing agreements, NDAs, and regulatory documentation. Ensure smooth processing of billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.



Provide necessary documentation support for product registration and regulatory approvals. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the Business Development, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in sample dispatches, artwork approvals, and packaging coordination. Keep track of customer preferences, order history, and feedback for business improvement. Reporting &
- MIS Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports on customer interactions, orders, and feedback. Provide data-driven insights to management for process improvements.

Required Qualifications &

Skills: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharma or Life Sciences Experience:1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or business support in the pharmaceutical third-party contract manufacturing sector. (Fresher B.Pharma candidates can also apply) Key Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Ms Excel.

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
