Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Relationship Executive (Edtech) role based in Gurugram. The role involves engaging with learners and clients, understanding their requirements, and providing timely support to ensure a positive experience with CareerBloc’s programs and services.

The Customer Relationship

Executive will manage inbound and outbound communication, handle queries and concerns, and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or related systems.

Responsibilities include building long-term relationships,



gathering feedback to improve services, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and supporting renewals, upgrades, and referrals. The role also requires regular follow-up with learners and partners to promote satisfaction, retention, and program success.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
- Experience in edtech, education services, or a customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in business, communication, or education-related fields are an advantage.
- Comfort with basic MS Office tools and digital platforms; fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
