We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Kozhikode. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, contacting potential customers through calls, building client relationships, and promoting Broadband, Telephone and Digital products to business customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and telecalling.
- Contact and follow up with potential and existing business customers.
- Promote Broadband, Telephone and Digital products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain regular sales reports and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development or Customer Relations.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Kozhikode are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000 per month
