nWe are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable with outbound calling.

nnIn this role, you will connect with our existing customers, inform them about ongoing offers, assist them with placing orders, and help resolve their queries.

nn What you'll do

nMake outbound calls to existing customers





nInform customers about ongoing offers and products

nAssist customers with placing orders

nHandle queries related to orders, returns, and exchanges

nEnsure a smooth and positive customer experience

nn What we're looking for

nComfortable and confident with outbound calling

nGood communication skills in Hindi and English

nFriendly, patient, and customer-focused

nComfortable handling customer queries

nExperience in calling, sales, or customer service is a plus

nFreshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
