Generate Gold

Loan leads by contacting inactive customers from the existing database and identifying potential customers through open-market activities. Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and ensure lead conversion . Coordinate with branch staff and managers for documentation, processing, and successful closure of customer requirements.

Assist in customer service activities and resolve customer queries professionally. Support and supervise day-to-day customer service operations at the branch. Maintain customer records, follow-up details, and lead status accurately.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer retention . Gain hands-on experience in Gold Loan operations, customer handling, sales, lead generation.
