Position: Customer Support Associate & Tele-collection Executive

Location: Aashima Mall, 1st Floor, Hoshangabad Road, Danish Nagar, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls for M-Pocket onboarding, loan collection, and recovery.

Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

Communicate effectively to resolve queries & concerns.

Job Requirements

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Location: Candidates should reside within 1–13 km of the office.

Education: Minimum 12th pass (preferred).

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply!

Work Details

Shift Timings (Rotational)

8 AM - 5 PM

9 AM - 6 PM

10 AM - 7 PM

Salary Structure

Starting Salary: ₹15,282/month





Incentives:Up to ₹10,000
