About The Role

We are hiring Customer Care Associate to join our Chat Support team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who have strong written communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will assist customers through digital communication channels, resolve their concerns efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Candidates must be from or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, text, and social media platforms.

- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely solutions.

- Share relevant product and service information in a clear and professional manner.

- Maintain high standards of grammar, spelling, and written communication.

- Handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

- Record and document customer interactions accurately.

- Follow company policies, processes, and customer support guidelines.

- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a related field is an advantage.

- Excellent written English with strong grammar and communication skills.

- Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.

- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.

- Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
