About the Role

Binated is looking for a Client Support Executive to join its team in Aundh, Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve client queries efficiently through email, chat, and voice calls.

Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are strongly encouraged to apply . Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide professional and timely support to clients through email, chat, and voice calls .
- Understand client concerns and provide accurate and effective resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt responses and quality support.
- Handle client tickets, follow-ups, and other support requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, queries, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow established processes and maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Use MS Office applications effectively for day-to-day work.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Contribute to an excellent overall client experience.

Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English .
- Strong grammatical accuracy and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable handling client communication through email, chat, and voice calls.




- Must be comfortable working in a continuous night shift .
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs .
- Willingness to work from the office in Aundh, Pune .
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to reliably commute to Aundh, Pune, or relocate before joining.
