Role Description This is a full-time, in office CSA role based at the Cantabil store in Siliguri.

The Customer Service

Associate will welcome customers, provide product information, assist with size and style selection, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store displays, managing inventory on the floor, handling billing and payment processes, and supporting promotional activities. The CSA will address customer queries and concerns promptly, coordinate with the store team to achieve sales targets, and follow company policies and grooming standards.



The role also involves keeping the store neat and organized and contributing to a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage politely and professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and retail operations skills, including familiarity with POS systems, billing processes, and handling cash or digital payments.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear speaking, active listening, and simple explanation of product features.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple customers, maintain store displays, and support inventory checks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Prior experience in apparel or retail customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in retail, marketing, or business is an advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional, presentable appearance aligned with Cantabil’s brand standards.
