We're Hiring: CRM & Social Media Coordinator | Gurgaon

We are a women's D2C apparel brand looking for a warm, organised, and proactive CRM & Social Media Coordinator to help us build stronger customer relationships while supporting our day-to-day social media presence.

This role combines customer communication, feedback collection, content coordination, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their concerns, generating content ideas, and coordinating with influencers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers after delivery to collect genuine feedback and assist with basic product or styling questions

Maintain customer follow-ups and coordinate customer concerns with the relevant internal team

Strengthen repeat customer engagement through thoughtful communication and suitable product recommendations

Research trends and suggest ideas for Instagram posts, Stories, Reels, and other social media content

Create basic static social media creatives using Canva or similar tools

Write or assist with captions, content calendars, and simple campaign communication

Coordinate with photographers, creators, and internal teams for planned content

Reach out to influencers and creators for barter collaborations, follow-ups, and coordination

Maintain organised records of customer feedback,

What We're Looking For

A warm, confident, customer-friendly communication style

Robust coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills

Interest in women's fashion, styling, content, and social media trends

Ability to bring fresh ideas while handling routine work responsibly

Comfortable engaging with customers, influencers, creators, and internal teams

Able to handle customer concerns calmly, sensitively, and professionally

Education & Experience:

Graduate in any field

Strong written and spoken English; Hindi fluency also preferred

1–2 years of experience in social media, customer coordination, CRM, influencer coordination, or a related role

Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic content-planning tools

Previous experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, or a women's apparel brand is an advantage

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives, linked to measurable additional sales or repeat purchases driven through customer engagement and follow-up efforts.

Location: Gurgaon (In office) Employment Type: Full-Time
