Position: Manager – Credit Control

CTC Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Credit Control to manage customer receivables, collections, outstanding payments, billing coordination, and credit control activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer outstanding and receivable ageing on a regular basis.
- Follow up with clients for timely payment collections as per agreed credit terms.
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding invoices, payment status, and account statements.
- Coordinate with the Billing, Finance, and Operations teams for timely and accurate invoicing.
- Identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Prepare and review Ageing Reports, Collection Reports, Outstanding Reports, and MIS.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
- Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up until payment realization.
- Coordinate for resolution of billing disputes, debit notes, credit notes,



and short payments.
- Maintain proper records of collection follow-ups and customer commitments.
- Escalate long-pending and critical outstanding cases to management.
- Support management in improving DSO and overall collection efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to the Company's credit control and collection policies.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.
- Valuable understanding of customer ageing and reconciliation.
- Strong follow-up and client coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle payment disputes and collection escalations.
- Good understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA qualification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, 3PL, or Contract Logistics and hands-on experience in B2B collections and customer receivables will be preferred.
