About the RoleWe are looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction and strategy for AI-generated movies, series, and entertainment-focused media ads. You will combine storytelling, audience insights, creative experimentation, and performance data to develop compelling campaigns that capture attention and drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate understands entertainment marketing, short-form video, social media advertising, and AI-powered content creation, and knows how to turn an idea into a strong creative concept that can scale across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative strategies for AI movies, series, trailers, teasers, promos, and performance ads.
- Create concepts, storylines, hooks, scripts, and visual directions for media campaigns.
- Translate audience insights and campaign objectives into compelling creative ideas.
- Develop multiple creative angles for testing, including hooks, characters, story arcs, emotional triggers, and CTAs.
- Work closely with AI filmmakers, video editors, designers, copywriters, and performance marketers.
- Create creative briefs and guide projects from concept through final production.
- Analyze ad performance and identify what creative elements are driving engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Build and maintain a testing framework for different concepts, formats, messaging,



and audiences.
- Stay current with trends in movies, series, social media, advertising, AI video generation, and digital entertainment.
- Adapt creative concepts for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital media channels.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, visual development, storyboarding, and content production.
- Collaborate with the growth/performance team to continuously improve creative based on campaign data.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, entertainment marketing, content, or media.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and what makes movie/series content emotionally engaging.
- Experience creating or directing concepts for digital/video advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media formats and audience behavior.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, scripts, headlines, and CTAs.
- Solid creative judgment with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with AI tools for content creation and ideation.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and marketing objectives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Highly curious, trend-aware, and willing to experiment with new creative formats.

Nice to Have
- Experience in film, OTT, streaming, trailers, or entertainment advertising.
- Experience with AI video/image generation tools.
- Experience with Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid-media platforms.
- Understanding of creative analytics and A/B testing.
- Experience developing campaigns for entertainment brands or consumer apps.
- Basic understanding of video editing, motion design, or production workflows.
