Key Responsibilities

Text & Layout Proofreading

Check all text across digital and print collateral for spelling, grammar, punctuation, typos, and formatting errors.

Ensure consistency in brand tone, terminology, numbers, and regional language standards.

Spot layout flaws such as line breaks, truncated text, widows/orphans, and bad alignment.

Visual Hierarchy & Message Focus

Evaluate designs to ensure the primary message or Call-to-Action (CTA) is immediately clear, prominent, and placed in high-visibility zones.

Review font selections, sizing, and line spacing to establish transparent visual order between headlines, subheads, and body copy.

Analyse background-to-text colour contrast to ensure optimal readability across mobile screens, monitors, and print.

Asset-Specific Quality Assurance

Social Media & Reels: Verify safe-zone compliance (keeping captions clear of platform UI overlays), pacing, caption legibility, and aspect ratio standards.

Print Collateral (Brochures, Catalogues, Posters): Verify grid alignment, margin padding,



colour space standards (CMYK), resolution/pixelation, and page/fold layout accuracy.

Branding Materials: Audit assets against official brand guidelines for strict logo usage, colour accuracy (Hex/Pantone), and visual tone.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in design proofreading, visual QA, graphic design review, or communication design.

Exceptional command of language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Strong eye for visual aesthetics, colour contrast rules, typography, and layout balance.

Familiarity with social media specs (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) and print preparation standards.

Proficiency with proofreading and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or online review tools like Filestage/Frame.io is a plus).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
