What We Are Looking For

- Track Record: Proven success in B2B outbound lead generation within the agency, creative, or tech space.




- Cold Calling (Must-Have): Proven expertise in cold calling with excellent, fluent English communication skills to pitch confidently to global decision-makers.
- Email Marketing (Must-Have): Hands-on experience setting up, personalizing, and executing high-deliverability cold email campaigns.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Strong execution across email, LinkedIn, calls, and social prospecting.
- List Building & Copywriting: Ability to build hyper-targeted prospect lists and craft high-converting, tailored pitch copy.
- Pipeline Management: Solid grasp of lead qualification, pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, and outbound funnels.
- Tech-Savvy (Bonus): Experience leveraging AI tools, scrapers, and automated prospecting workflows.
