About Us:Media Offline is a creative film and post-production studio working across editing, filmmaking, advertising, GenAI and original content.

We’re a team of editors, GenAI artists, writers and filmmakers. We’ve spent years focused on making great work — now we’re looking for someone who can help us present that work, build our brand and shape how the world sees Media Offline.

Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist who can take ownership of Media Offline’s brand and digital presence.

This is not just a social media posting role. We want someone who can understand our company, our work and our creative vision — then proactively identify what we should be doing to grow and position the brand.

You’ll be responsible for

- Developing our overall brand, content and marketing strategy
- Planning and owning our Instagram, LinkedIn, website and other digital presence
- Creating weekly/monthly content plans and identifying recent content opportunities
- Turning our projects, BTS, team activities and ideas into reels, posts, carousels and case studies
- Working with our editors, writers and GenAI artists to get content produced
- Creating simpler graphics, carousels and social assets yourself using AI/design tools
- Helping shape our website, portfolio, pitch materials and overall brand presentation
- Identifying trends,



collaborations and marketing opportunities we should act on
- Tracking what works and continuously improving our strategy

Most importantly, we don’t want to tell you what to do every day. We want someone who comes to us and says:

“Here’s what I think we should do, here’s why, and here’s how I’m going to make it happen.”

QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience, but your taste, ideas and initiative matter more to us than the number of years on your CV.

You should

- Have a strong creative and visual eye
- Understand branding, content and social media
- Be a good storyteller and communicator
- Understand internet culture and current trends
- Be proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership
- Be comfortable with ChatGPT, Canva and modern AI/creative tools
- Be able to take an idea from strategy → execution → publishing
- Enjoy working closely with filmmakers and other creatives
