Role Description The EOT Crane Design Engineer is a full time, on-site role located in Pune District. This role involves designing EOT cranes and related mechanical systems, preparing detailed engineering drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and safety regulations. The engineer will perform structural and mechanical calculations, select components and materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and project management.

Daily tasks include using CAD tools for design,



reviewing and optimizing existing crane designs, supporting manufacturing with technical documentation, and addressing design-related queries. The role may also involve coordination with suppliers and clients to clarify technical requirements and support project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering skills, including structural and mechanical design for cranes or similar equipment.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering and Product Design skills to develop robust, safe, and efficient crane solutions.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for creating detailed models, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering understanding related to crane drive systems, controls, and power distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in design of industrial lifting equipment, cranes, or heavy machinery is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with relevant international standards, safety regulations, and material specifications.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, conduct engineering calculations, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
