About the Company A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its costing team. You will help leadership understand the true cost of what the business makes. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Cost Accountant, you will own product and process costing, analyse variances, and give the business clear visibility into margins and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Inventory

- Maintain standard costs and product costing across the catalogue
- Value inventory and reconcile stock to the ledger
- Track and analyse cost of goods sold

Variance & Analysis

- Run variance analysis on material, labour, and overhead
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin reviews




- Surface cost-saving opportunities for operations and finance

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in cost accounting or manufacturing finance
- Strong grasp of costing methods, inventory, and variances
- Hands-on with an ERP costing module and spreadsheets
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- CMA, CA Inter, or an equivalent costing qualification
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or shared services
- Exposure to standard costing in an SAP or Oracle setting
