Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing CSR partnerships with corporate organizations that support RoboSpecies’

mission of expanding robotics education for students. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential CSR partners, preparing and delivering presentations, designing CSR proposals aligned with corporate objectives, and negotiating partnership terms.



The individual will collaborate with finance, training, and operations teams to structure impactful education programs, ensure proper fund utilization, and track project outcomes.

The role also involves maintaining long-term relationships with partners, preparing regular impact reports, and representing the organization at CSR and education-related events.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess CSR opportunities, evaluate program impact, and interpret financial and operational data.
- Knowledge of Finance and budgeting to support CSR proposal development, cost estimation, and fund allocation tracking.
- Excellent Communication skills for presentations, stakeholder engagement, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Customer Service orientation to build and maintain trust-based relationships with corporate partners and institutional stakeholders.
- Experience in Training or program coordination to work with internal teams on CSR-funded education initiatives and workshops.
- Prior experience in CSR, corporate sales, business development, or non-profit partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple projects, and travel as required for partner meetings and events.
