Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire recent corporate customers, institutions, hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, offices, and other bulk buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, meetings, exhibitions, and other business-development activities.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, sampling, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, contracts, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, volumes, and other commercial conditions while protecting company margins.
- Develop customized product and supply solutions according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production,



procurement, logistics, quality, finance, and customer-service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, conversion rates, and customer profitability.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, market reports, and management updates.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with existing accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food-safety requirements, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/ERP systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
