Hiring: Corporate Legal Associate – Contract Drafting & Agreement Vetting

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Associate for our office at Bengali Market, New Delhi-110001.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years PQE

Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary: Starting upto ₹50,000 per month, depending upon experience and drafting skills

Work Location: Bengali Market, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and vetting MSAs, NDAs, Employment Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements and other commercial contracts
- Advising clients on employee-related legal issues
- Reviewing contractual risks and recommending practical safeguards
- Conducting legal research and preparing notices, replies and advisory documents
- Coordinating with clients and understanding their business requirements The candidate should be able to understand business transactions, identify legal and commercial risks,



suggest protective clauses, and prepare explicit, practical and client-protective agreements.

Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in contract drafting, agreement vetting and commercial legal documentation from a law firm.

Candidates having only court appearance, filing or pure litigation experience without agreement drafting experience may not be suitable.
