Role Description The Corporate Partnership Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate partners to drive STEM Learning’s CSR-led education initiatives. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective corporate partners, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating meetings to align partnership goals with STEM Learning programs. The role involves managing ongoing partner communication, tracking project deliverables and impact metrics, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation of CSR initiatives.





The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to support program implementation at schools, organize partner visits and events, and contribute to strategy for expanding STEM Learning’s corporate network in the region.

Qualifications

- Experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, business development, or fundraising, preferably within education, social impact, or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and client servicing to build and sustain long-term corporate collaborations.
- Proficiency in communication, including proposal writing, presentation creation, and delivering clear, persuasive pitches to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze project performance, prepare impact reports, and use data to demonstrate outcomes to corporate partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Work, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Varanasi, with willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings, school visits, and partner events.
- Knowledge of SDGs, especially education and gender equity, and familiarity with CSR regulations and practices in India.
- Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven workplace.
