Role Description This is a full-time, in office Copywriter role based in Goregaon. The Copywriter will craft clear, compelling copy for a range of advertising and digital marketing materials, including campaigns for Tier 2/3 and rural audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned concepts, writing and editing copy for print, digital, social media, and other channels, and adapting messaging to diverse regional and cultural contexts.

The role also involves collaborating closely with creative, account, and strategy teams,



supporting campaign ideation, and ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across all communication touchpoints. The Copywriter will contribute to press releases, marketing collateral, and storytelling that resonates with rural consumers while meeting client objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and culturally relevant copy for diverse audiences.
- Experience crafting Press Releases and marketing communication that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in Proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality deliverables.
- Understanding of Marketing and advertising principles, ideally with exposure to digital and integrated campaigns.
- Experience or strong interest in working with Tier 2/3 and rural markets in India, with sensitivity to local nuances and languages.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats; knowledge of Hindi and/or regional languages is an advantage.
