About the Role

We are looking for a Copywriter who can turn ideas into words that make people stop, feel, think, and act.

The ideal candidate is creative, culturally aware, and has a solid understanding of how brands communicate across social media, digital campaigns, and advertising. You should be comfortable working on everything from a killer one-liner to a complete campaign concept.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and engaging copy for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and brand communication.

Write compelling social media captions, headlines, taglines, ad copies, scripts, campaign copies, and brand narratives.

Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas based on client briefs.

Translate briefs and brand objectives into clear, impactful, and platform-appropriate communication.

Understand different brand tones and adapt writing accordingly.

Work closely with designers, art directors, social media managers, influencer marketing teams, and account managers.

Develop copy for Reels, videos, static creatives, carousels, digital ads, and integrated campaigns.

Research brands, audiences, competitors, trends, and pop culture to create relevant communication.

Stay updated with social media trends, memes, Gen-Z culture, Bollywood, pop culture, and internet conversations.

Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency,



and quality.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, digital marketing, creative agencies, or a similar role.

Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and written communication.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.

Ability to write short, sharp, witty, and impactful copy.

Strong understanding of social media and digital communication.

Ability to understand and follow different brand voices.

Good research skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple briefs and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

A strong portfolio of copywriting/creative work is preferred.

Valuable to Have

Agency experience, preferably with digital, D2C, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, or consumer brands.

Experience writing video/Reel scripts and campaign concepts.

Understanding of advertising and creative strategy.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other creative tools.

Strong understanding of Indian pop culture, memes, trends, and Gen-Z communication.
