Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Business (Farming) to drive revenue growth and deeper penetration within existing enterprise accounts, with a robust focus on lending and credit-led use cases. This role will be responsible for expanding wallet share by positioning Cashfree’s payment, payout, and lending-adjacent solutions across large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise clients with a focus on lending and credit use cases (digital lending, BNPL, loan disbursements, collections, repayments, etc.).
- Drive account farming by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Cashfree’s product suite (Payments, Payouts, APIs, and embedded finance solutions).
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, finance heads, product leaders, and operations teams at enterprise clients.
- Understand client lending workflows and business models to recommend scalable, compliant, and tech-first solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, renewals, and long-term contracts.
- Work closely with product, tech, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Track revenue, usage metrics, and account health; drive retention and long-term value.
- Act as the voice of the customer,



sharing insights to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
- Stay updated on regulatory, compliance, and market trends impacting digital lending and fintech.

Key Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management, preferably in fintech, payments, lending, NBFCs, banks, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of lending ecosystems including disbursements, collections, repayment flows, and credit products.
- Proven experience in farming large enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven, execution-focused mindset with strong business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Prior experience working with payment gateways, API banking, or lending tech platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise clients across fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or BFSI.
