Position Profile We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive / Junior HR Generalist to support and execute end-to-end HR operations within a rapid-paced financial services and skilled consulting workplace. The role will involve collaboration and communication to business operational leaders and employees, supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a employee-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes while ensuring code of conduct & compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
