Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process bills/payments.
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, matcha, smoothies, and other café drinks.
- Assist with preparing and plating food items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, bakery items, and other menu offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café, counters, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Ensure food safety and follow standard hygiene procedures.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues professionally.
- Support opening and closing duties of the café.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming,



and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Good hygiene and grooming standards.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior café, restaurant, barista, or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
