Role Description The Control Room Operator role at Shree Krishna Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Jharsuguda.

The Control Room

Operator will monitor plant equipment and systems from the control room, track performance parameters, and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field operators, supporting secure and efficient power generation and steam operations, maintaining accurate logs and reports, and communicating status updates to supervisors and other departments.



The role involves following safety protocols, participating in shift handovers, and assisting with start-up, shutdown, and routine adjustments to maintain stable plant operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor Control Room systems and PRO IN SCADA, including consoles, displays, and alarms.
- Experience with Plant Operations, including equipment start-up, shutdown, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of Power Generation processes and basic understanding of steam systems and related parameters.
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with field staff, supervisors, and other teams.
- Understanding of safety standards, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements in industrial environments.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering or industrial operations (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Power Plant) preferred.
- Prior experience in power plants, utility operations, or similar industrial facilities is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, maintain attention to detail, and make timely decisions under pressure.
