Role Description

We are looking for a Control Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across industrial automation, control systems, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, process control, electrical systems, and plant operations.

The Control Engineer will work closely with instrumentation, electrical, maintenance, production, process, utilities, and engineering teams to ensure reliable operation of plant automation and control systems while supporting troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Automation, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in control engineering, automation, instrumentation, electrical systems, PLC/SCADA, maintenance, or industrial operations can apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, power, engineering, automation, agro-processing, or other process industries are welcome.
- Basic to valuable understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, control systems, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, Honeywell, Emerson, or similar systems will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Understanding of control loops, PID control, instrumentation, VFDs, interlocks, and industrial communication protocols will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or similar industrial networks will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand control drawings, P&IDs;, electrical diagrams, I/O lists, logic diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional plant and engineering teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Internship, apprenticeship, industrial training, automation projects, or PLC programming experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong focus on safety, automation reliability, process efficiency, learning, and continuous improvement.
