About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Content Writer (Punjabi) with 3–4+ years of professional experience to join our political communication and media team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, impactful and politically relevant Punjabi content for social media, political campaigns, public communication, videos, reels, speeches and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of Punjabi language and grammar, strong creative writing skills and a deep understanding of Punjab's politics, society, culture and current affairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality Punjabi content for political campaigns, social media and digital communication.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks and campaign messages.
- Develop scripts for reels, short-form videos, interviews and political videos.
- Convert research and political information into simple, compelling Punjabi content.
- Develop content around political issues, government policies, public concerns, achievements and current affairs.
- Write speeches, speech pointers, press notes, statements and public addresses.
- Create campaign narratives and messaging for political leaders and organisations.
- Develop content for graphics, carousels, infographics and other creative formats.
- Adapt content according to different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and WhatsApp.
- Work closely with political researchers, media teams, graphic designers, video editors and social media managers.
- Proofread and edit Punjabi content to ensure grammatical and factual accuracy.
- Monitor current affairs, political conversations and trending topics to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in the tone, messaging and communication style of the assigned political campaign/leader.
