Key Responsibilities

- Research and write explicit, accurate, and engaging content on financial topics such as investments, mutual funds, stock markets, insurance, and personal finance.
- Develop SEO-optimized blogs, website content, emailers, and social media captions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, SEO, and design teams to align content with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Simplify technical or data-heavy financial concepts for general audiences.
- Stay updated with finance trends, market news, and compliance guidelines.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and tone consistency.
- Develop and execute content strategies for BFSI clients across digital platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and freelancers.
- Create, review, edit, and approve content including blogs, website content, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and video scripts.
- Ensure all content complies with BFSI regulations, legal guidelines, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business objectives and content requirements.




- Review content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

Qualifications

- 4 years of experience in content writing, editing, or content management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a content team.
- Prior experience creating content for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, NBFC, or Investment sectors is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of BFSI products, financial terminology, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Exceptional editing, proofreading, and quality assurance skills.
- Team management and project coordination abilities.
- Experience with AI-assisted content tools and content optimization platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
