Role Description The Content & Video Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing engaging video content that showcases Yhataw Realty’s properties, services, and brand stories. Day-to-day tasks include scripting and storyboarding, coordinating shoots on-site in Gurugram, capturing high-quality footage,



and managing post-production to deliver polished videos for digital and social media channels. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop multimedia campaigns, repurposing video content into short clips and reels, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring good coordination with internal stakeholders and occasional client-facing interactions.

What we're looking for

Camera-ready with a confident on-screen presence.

Ability to create content tailored for social media platforms, real estate listings, and digital marketing campaigns.

Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding and audience engagement.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brand content creation is an advantage.
