The role

You own Sova’s creative output end to end — the concepts, scripts, statics, and videos that drive our performance funnel. This is a performance-first creative role, not a brand-aesthetics one: you are measured on whether the work stops the scroll, holds attention, and converts — while staying inside the lines of a health brand. You will lead a small creative team and stay hands-on yourself.

What you’ll do

– Turn audience insight into performance-first ad concepts and scripts (hook → body → CTA) for Meta and other paid channels.

– Own the hook. Build creatives that win on 3-second hook rate and hold rate — not just polish.

– Read the numbers — CTR, hook rate, hold / ThruPlay, VTR — and run a weekly creative learning loop that kills losers and scales winners.

– Lead a content team (designers, video editor & content writer): brief clearly, set the review cadence, and protect brand consistency and platform fit across everyone’s output.

– Ship volume without dropping quality — statics, short-form video, education carousels,



landing-page visuals — on tight timelines.

– Keep every claim compliant. Healthcare is a sensitive category; you will partner with our medical advisor and never trade safety for a sharper line.

– Reconcile conflicting feedback — performance, founder, medical — into decisions, not deadlock.

What we’re looking for

– 4+ years in D2C / performance creative, ideally with real Meta performance-creative experience.

– A portfolio of ads that performed — you can point to hooks, angles, and results, not just pretty work.

– A robust grasp of attention mechanics and creative metrics; you interpret data, you don’t just read it.

– Sharp writing instincts and the ability to simplify science without dumbing it down.

– Proven team leadership: delegation clarity plus the discipline to still produce yourself.

– Comfort operating in a health/wellness category and its compliance realities.
