Role Description The Content Creator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that showcases properties, explains services, and supports marketing campaigns across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching real estate trends, crafting website and blog content, creating social media posts, producing marketing collateral,



and collaborating with consultants and marketing teams to translate property information into clear, compelling narratives. The role also involves optimizing content for search engines, maintaining brand tone and consistency, and updating existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

The Content

Creator will contribute ideas for new content formats and campaigns that enhance customer understanding and drive lead generation.

Qualifications

- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in web content creation, blog posts, and marketing copy.
- Ability to research real estate market trends and translate complex information into clear, accessible content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices, including social media content, basic SEO, and content planning.
- Comfort with visual and multimedia content creation, such as basic graphic design or video scripting, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and consulting teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
