About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Content Creator Intern who can help us create engaging content for Instagram and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should not only be comfortable behind the camera but also be willing to feature herself in videos and actively participate in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
- Plan and execute simple, trend-based and brand-focused video concepts.
- Feature in Reels and promotional videos for Stars N Celebs.
- Invite influencers, creators and artists for Instagram collaborations.
- Coordinate with creators for collaboration posts and content.
- Shoot basic videos using a smartphone and ensure good framing, lighting and audio.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Add captions, transitions, music, effects and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Keep track of current Instagram trends, sounds, formats and content styles.
- Assist in developing creative ideas for campaigns, artist promotions and brand awareness.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple social-media formats.
- Monitor basic content performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistency with the Stars N Celebs brand image and communication.




- Assist with other social-media and content-related activities as required.

What We Are Looking For
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in video editing and short-form content creation.
- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels and social-media trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new content ideas.
- Comfortable approaching and communicating with influencers, creators and artists.
- Willingness to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other design tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience creating Reels, managing a personal Instagram page or creating content is a plus.

Performance Expectations
- Consistently create and publish quality short-form content.
- Actively contribute ideas rather than only executing assigned tasks.
- Build a network of creators/influencers for potential collaborations.
- Help increase Stars N Celebs' visibility and engagement on social media.
- Be comfortable experimenting with new formats and appearing on camera regularly.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is creative, confident, energetic, camera-friendly and genuinely enjoys social media. This role is best suited for someone who wants hands-on experience in influencer marketing, entertainment, digital content and brand building.

Important: This is a performance-oriented internship. We value creativity, initiative and execution more than just academic qualifications.
