Consultant | SAP SD-CS | Ahmedabad | SAP | DSA LS&HC;

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD-CS incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

- Perform issue analysis, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLA.

- Handle configuration changes and prepare functional specifications for developments.

- Collaborate with business users, ABAP, and cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, EWM).

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of SAP SD and CS experience.

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA AMS/Production Support projects.

- SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP CS, AMS Support, Incident Management, Configuration,



Functional Specifications, SAP Fiori.

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes: Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Returns, Credit Management, and Output Management.

- Valuable understanding of SAP CS: Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Service Contracts, and Warranty.

- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and production support.

- Knowledge of SD-CS integration with MM, FI, and ABAP.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Solution Manager) is preferred.
