Role Overview The Construction Head will lead end-to-end execution of high-end residential and mixed-use developments in Hyderabad, aligning with Tribeca’s philosophy of delivering design-led “trophy properties” with global benchmarks. This role is responsible for project delivery, quality, timelines, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end construction lifecycle: planning → procurement → execution → handover
- Ensure projects meet premium luxury standards aligned with branded residences
- Drive adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications

- Develop construction strategy for Hyderabad region
- Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams for project conceptualization
- Implement global best practices in construction and project management
- Vendor &
- Contract Management
- Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Oversee contracts, procurement, and commercial negotiations
- Ensure strong vendor ecosystem for high-quality execution
- Quality, Safety &
- Compliance
- Maintain best-in-class quality benchmarks for luxury developments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, RERA, safety norms
- Drive zero-compromise culture on safety and workmanship

- Budget Control
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization
- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality
- Stakeholder Management

Coordinate With

- Internal teams (design, sales, finance)
- External stakeholders (architects, consultants, authorities)
- Represent construction in leadership reviews
- Team Leadership

Qualification &

- Experience

- - BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
- Postgraduate (preferred): Construction Management / Project Management
- 15–20+ years in construction/project management
- Robust experience in luxury residential / high-rise / branded developments
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
