- Administer and support Commvault Backup & Recovery environment.
- Monitor daily backup, restore, replication, and archive jobs.
- Investigate and resolve backup failures within SLA.
- Perform data restoration requests for files, databases, VMs, and applications.
- Configure and manage backup policies, schedules, storage policies, and retention settings.
- Manage Media Agents, CommServe, clients, and storage libraries.
- Support backup infrastructure upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Perform capacity planning and backup setting health checks.
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to backups, restores, and deduplication.
Coordinate with server, database, storage, network, and application teams during incidents
