Hiring: Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager | D2C

nnWe’re looking for a full-time Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build and manage partnerships with D2C brands across our creator-led events and experiences.

nnWe’re building a platform around UGC creators, influencers, models and brands , and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the brand partnership function end-to-end.

nn What you’ll do:

n
- Build relationships with D2C brands and marketing decision-makers
n
- Identify and pitch brands for partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations
n
- Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing (we already have messages to get you enough meetings)
n
- Develop creative brand integration opportunities across events and creator activations
n
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand partners
n
- Manage relationships with existing partners and drive repeat collaborations
n

n Who we’re looking for:

n




- 1-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer marketing, media sales or business development
n
- Existing relationships with D2C / consumer brands is a strong plus
n
- Strong communication, pitching and negotiation skills
n
- Someone who is highly proactive and comfortable with targets
n
- Solid understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing and D2C landscape
n
- Most importantly, someone who can open doors and close deals
n

n Type: Full-time (WFH)
