Job Profile

We are looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to build and grow our community, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen our ecosystem through meaningful conversations, events, podcasts, and collaborations.

The person will be responsible for identifying and engaging relevant industry leaders, founders, brands, creators, and partners who can contribute to the growth and visibility of the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, engage, and grow the TrustCircle community
- Identify and onboard relevant founders, CXOs, marketers, and industry leaders
- Curate guests for podcasts, interviews, panels, and other content initiatives
- Research and identify potential brand partnerships and collaborations
- Reach out to companies for event sponsorships and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, speakers, and community members




- Develop partnership proposals and identify mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities
- Curate relevant people and brands for TrustCircle events and networking initiatives
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to create engaging community initiatives
- Maintain a pipeline of potential podcast guests, speakers, partners, and sponsors
- Track outreach, conversations, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities

Ideal Candidate Someone who is highly outgoing, relationship-driven, and proactive, with strong communication and networking skills. They should enjoy talking to recent people, spotting collaboration opportunities, and building relationships from scratch.

Preferred experience: Upto 3 years experience. Community building, partnerships, business development, events, media, PR, or creator/influencer relations.
