Role Description The Commissioning Engineer role at TEJ Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Thane. The individual in this role will be responsible for commissioning automation, machine vision, and robotics systems at customer sites, including installation, configuration, testing, and validation of hardware and software.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and project teams, preparing and executing commissioning plans, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems meet performance, safety, and quality standards.



The role involves collaborating with clients during site acceptance tests, documenting commissioning activities and system performance, and providing training and handover support to customer teams.

The Commissioning

Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by capturing field feedback and suggesting enhancements to system design and deployment processes.

Qualifications

- Technical expertise in industrial automation and control systems, such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, industrial networks, and instrumentation.
- Hands-on skills in commissioning, installation, and testing of machine vision, robotics, or quality assurance systems in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, including fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Ability to interpret electrical and control drawings, system architectures, and technical specifications, with attention to safety and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders during on-site activities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Thane and travel to customer plants as required for commissioning and support.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Prior experience in factory automation, machine vision, robotics integration, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
