General Description The Commis works both with and on behalf of employees/trainees to ensure high standards of excellence in service, execution, and processes. This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Is full time, with one off per week. The role reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Founder and Front End Barista to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities Station Ownership: Independently manage, clean, stock and prep the veggie and past stations KOT Fluency: Read, sequence, and execute accurately during peak rush hours Understands Order of Operations: preps efficiently so presentation and portions are high and consistent Maintains strict kitchen hygiene: maintains cleanliness, dishwashing standard Maintain FIFO organization of food stock Seek ways to improve efficiencies in the kitchen - saving time, money, and energy Willing to do all parts of kitchen duty, food prep, baking,



washing dishes and station cleaning Interacts and serves customers as needed Reports directly to Kitchen Manager works closely with Cafe Manager Growth Path Learn to assist with opening and closing duties Daily inventory checks Mentoring new trainees Critical Qualities Strong ethic of service and a passionate commitment to mission and vision of Lamprini High self-initiative Coachability - able to take feedback with an open mind and learn quickly Respect and empathy - kindness towards all people Team Mindset - no job is to small Capacity to work under stress Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Desire for continued growth as an individual, leader, and in job skills Responsible and trustworthy Adaptable Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in cafe or commercial kitchen Ability to thrive in fast paced environment and jungle multiple tasks Critical thinking ability Able to stand for long periods of time Knowing google sheets or excel is a bonus
